These black powder boxes of Antique 45 Colt ammo are difficult to find and always in demand. This was the last “black powder” loading after the Remington/UMC merger in 1911.

These fabric-colored boxes with yellow top labels, in this caliber, are rather rare. The box has been OPENED and contains a full complement of the original cartridges. The top label is fully intact with no rubbing or losses, just some age soiling. About 75% of the red side wrap in still retained. The guarantee label on the bottom is in both English and Spanish, and is fully readable. The ammo shows the small copper primers, original to this box.

This is a nice-looking RARE box. These black powder boxes of .45 Colt are always in demand, and difficult to find.
